1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the bbjl2 platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "our Platform," "bbjl2," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "Player," "you," or "your") expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement," "these Terms," or "this Agreement"), as well as all applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming activities. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and bbjl2, a licensed online gaming operator authorized by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bbjl2 platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications. We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

• Complete residential address in the Philippines
• Valid Philippine mobile phone number
• Unique email address not associated with any other bbjl2 account
• Secure password meeting our minimum security requirements

You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate and current. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund of any remaining balance.

2.3 Account Verification

bbjl2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or Philippine national ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and payment method verification (screenshots or photos of credit cards, e-wallet accounts, or bank account statements). You agree to provide these documents within seven (7) business days of our request. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

All verification documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and use verification data solely for identity confirmation, anti-fraud purposes, and regulatory compliance.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active bbjl2 account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material violation of these Terms. If we detect or reasonably suspect that you have opened or are operating multiple accounts, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close all accounts associated with you;

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You accept full responsibility for all activities, transactions, wagers, and communications that occur through your bbjl2 account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. This includes but is not limited to deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, bonus claims, and communications with customer support. bbjl2 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain account security or protect your login credentials.

If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately contact bbjl2 customer support via live chat or email. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

• GCash/PayMaya: Typically processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday to Sunday);
• Bank Transfers: Generally completed within 24 hours for major Philippine banks; up to 3 business days for smaller banks or during holidays;

• Account Sharing: Allowing others to access your account or accessing accounts belonging to others;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes after receiving gaming services;
• System Exploitation: Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform software;
• Offensive Conduct: Harassing other players, using abusive language, or engaging in discriminatory behavior in chat functions.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the bbjl2 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, videos, audio, game designs, and underlying source code, is the exclusive property of bbjl2 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Use bbjl2 trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software;
• Frame, mirror, or link to the Platform in a manner that suggests affiliation or endorsement without authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, bbjl2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, funds, or anticipated profits;
• Technical malfunctions, system failures, or service interruptions;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain security;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or other service providers;
• Changes to games, promotions, or Platform features;
• Account suspension or termination for violation of these Terms.

bbjl2's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the bbjl2 platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations between you and bbjl2 customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings. For disputes involving amounts less than PHP 100,000, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. For disputes exceeding PHP 100,000 or involving questions of intellectual property or account fraud, either party may file suit in the appropriate courts of Makati City, Philippines, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Account Termination

bbjl2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Engagement in prohibited activities or fraudulent conduct;
• Failure to provide required verification documents;
• Excessive chargebacks or payment disputes;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Business or operational reasons at our sole discretion.

Upon account termination, you forfeit all bonuses, promotional balances, and loyalty points. Remaining real-money balances (excluding forfeited amounts related to Terms violations) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending withdrawal verification processes. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support.
